floor with kitchen and air conditioning; a large living room with fireplace and sitting area with TV and internet

The italian breakfast is served in the lounge that overlooks the Lake and when the weather is nice in the garden. The sitting room is provided with a very
large window from which the guests can enjoy the panorama of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands.
